Shipping & Returns

Delivery includes packaging and handling of the item. We use Australian Post for shipping. International Airmail Shipping:1-2 weeks(EMS) delivery or 2-6 weeks(AIR). Australian Shipping: Overnight or 3-5 days. Customers can also arrange their own courier service, if you would like to use your own shipping provider, at the time of your order or by email please supply us with their name, their contact number in Adelaide, your account number with them and any other relevant information. Purchaser assumes any risk for the item once it leaves our place unless insured. The purchaser can buy insurance through us, which is AU$6.00 plus AU$2.50 per AU$100 up to a total of AU$5000. Goods will be usually dispatched within three(3) working days.

RETURN POLICY

Returns have to be approved by Automotive Engine Management returns department and no later than 7 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return your order to Automotive Engine Management, for any reason, for replacement or a full Product refund in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Automotive Engine Management. Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Automotive Engine Management can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email our return centre.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund.

RETURNING A GIFT

We provide 12 months Warranty on all goods. Goods must be returned to us at your cost.
A letter describing fault with your name and invoice number is required..
We return goods to you at our cost.
Goods will only be replaced not refunded.
If you need a replacement urgently we suggest you buy a replacement from us then return faulty one for a credit (this is for goods dead on arrival only).
Goods tested and found not to be faulty will incur a charge for freight & testing.

Please note 90% of goods returned are not faulty so check them first.
